Seva: Every Sunday
1 - 2:30 pm Vegetarian potluck lunch
2:30-3 pm Rest and Digest :)
3 - 6 pm Help us build and beautify the ashram with special projects.
6 - 6:45 pm Rest / Light Dinner (please bring your preferred vegetarian dinner / snacks with you)
7 - 8 pm Guided Meditation and/or Kirtan
